Hi,

I am Loïc Vandemoortele, business development manager for our customer engagement offering. My job is to listen to the business challenges within companies and match them with our CE technology offering. In doing so, I work closely with the technology consultant.

• Hard part of the job: cold calling

In addition to business development, I also help shape the customer engagement offering. Within portfolio management, we look for novelties in the market and how we can mould this into a product. It is important to find out how this fits into our Savaco portfolio and how we can market it.

Overall, it is a very challenging job in a dynamic company. The most important thing for me is learning from each other, colleagues and customers.

In my spare time, I take it easy. I like travelling, cycling & especially having a beer with friends.
